Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the item less shipping costs.  In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us via email for return instructions.  Returns on items must be received within 14 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, insurance, handling or freight charges, and minus a 10% restocking fee once the item is received.  Please return the package back to us in a safe and insured manner.   All returned packages must be back in our possession within 14 days.  Items sold as clearance sale, or otherwise stated as final sales cannot be refunded.

For our Diamond and gold merchandise ONLY:
USPS Express mail, Fedex 2 day and Fedex next day shipping options are available in  the U.S.   FEDEX & CANADA POST within Canada only.

Diamond and gold shipments are sent from our Toronto, Michigan or New York State locations depending on package destination.

Free shipping on total purchases of $300 or more before taxes.



Shipping is calculated by dollar value and all diamond and gold merchandise is fully insured.  Here are the rates for standard shipping in accordance to the value of the shipment.

Please note that our payment and shipping policies are designed for maintaining a level of security, service and low cost which exceeds industry standards.  At DiamondCrownJewelry.com we believe in safety, simplicity and service.

We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed) Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail for current shipping times for particular products and locations.

Shipping and Handling charges are based on merchandise totals BEFORE any discounts.   
Backorder Policy
Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks weeks due to colour, style, size or other unforeseen circumstances.  We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if an item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.
Damaged Goods Policy
It's very rare for merchandise to arrive damaged.  If for any reason the item(s) are damaged that you receive, we will replace them within the first week of you receiving them. Please contact us as soon as you find any defect and we will do our best to replace it immediately.
For our CZ Collection ONLY:
All orders are shipped from our South Carolina location only. 
  •  First Class Mail in US (1-10 Days)
  • Canadian orders - Registered   
  • Back orders:  No Back Orders.  You will be refunded for any items that may be out of stock; however, we can contact you when the item is available. 

  • Insurance.  We do not offer shipping insurance on our CZ jewellery orders; however, we guarantee that your item will arrive safely.  If for some reason the order is damaged, we will gladly replace it.  Damaged merchandise must be returned to us within 14 business days.  If an order is lost (United States Packages Only), we will gladly replace it - confirmation that the order was never received will be confirmed only after 30 business days. 

  • Guarantee: We guarantee that our merchandise is free of manufacturing defects.  Please do not hesitate to contact us about any problem you may have with our products.  Customer Satisfaction has been the backbone of our success.
