How long does it take for my order to be shipped/processed?

All orders are immediately processed and usually shipped the next business day; however, it may take up to 5 business days to be shipped after your initial order in some cases.  Special orders take longer.  Orders placed on Friday may not be processed till the following Monday except holidays.  USPS Express mail, Fedex 2 day and Fedex next day shipping options are available. 

How will I know my order has been shipped?  Can I change or cancel my order?

You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped. 

If your order has not been shipped, you are welcome to either change or cancel your order.  Please contact us  with the appropriate information and we would be happy to honour your request.

What payment methods do you accept, and are my orders secure?

We accept VISA,  MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER and PAYPAL as payment options on our web site.  We use a PayPal processor so you can be assured that your orders are secure.  We never see any of your credit card information and you don't need a PayPal account to use your credit card.  Please contact us if you have any other questions regarding payment. 

How do you ship, and how much does it cost? 

Free shipping on total purchases of $300 or more before taxes.

For our diamond and gold merchandise ONLY:

USPS Express mail, Fedex 2 day and Fedex next day shipping options are available in  the U.S.   FEDEX & CANADA POST within Canada only.

Shipping is calculated by dollar value and all our diamond and gold merchandise is fully insured.  Here are the rates for standard shipping in accordance to the value of the shipment.

We have suppliers with 2 locations within the USA in Michigan and New York States,  and one within Ontario, Canada for our diamond and gold merchandise.  All US shipments are shipped from within the USA while all Canadian shipments are shipped within Canada.  All of our CZ in .925 sterling silver is shipped from our South Carolina location ONLY.

Are all your items real gold, silver and diamonds?

Yes, all our items are guaranteed 10k, 14K, or 18K solid gold and .925 sterling silver or better as hallmarked on each item.  All diamonds are genuine and untreated unless otherwise stated.  All loose diamonds come with a certification.  Other diamond jewelry can have a certification requested from an independent company for an additional cost.  Please contact us for more informaton.
