We only deal with suppliers offering either superior diamond, gold, or CZ in .925 sterling silver jewellery. All of our merchandise has been selected by a qualified gemmologist, or our services are offered by a qualified gemmologist or goldsmith.
We started this business for high quality jewellery to make it easier for Canadian and U.S. customers to find good quality products online locally at an affordable price. Not having to ship merchandise across customs with our diamond and gold merchandise helps keep costs down and provide faster service. All of our CZ in .925 sterling silver is presently shipped from our South Carolina location only. We strive to meet the needs of all of our customers and want to make sure that our customers always come first. Making a high quality jewellery purchase online can be uneasy for some. We strive to ensure that you're getting the best quality jewellery at the best price, and enjoy sharing our jewellery knowledge. Merchandise Quality All of our merchandise is of excellent quality and is guaranteed to be 10K, 14K, or 18K gold, or .925 sterling silver or better as hallmarked on each item. None of our jewellery is gold plated or electroplated. All our diamond shipments are fully insured to provide the highest level of security. Weight Variations Due to circumstances during manufacturing an actual item's weight may vary slightly from the stated weight in our collection. We try our best to keep these variations to a minimum and/or try to avoid it all together, however, because of design intricacies it is at certain times unavoidable. Some merchandise may weigh slightly more than what is stated and some may weigh slightly less. We will always measure out the total weight of an order and let you know in advance of the weight variations which may occur and invoice you according to the actual gram weight you order. Please note that the carat total weight (cttw) of diamond solitaire pieces may vary from the listed carat weight by .01 to .05 carat. The total weight of multiple diamond gemstone pieces may vary between .01 to .08 carat from the listed carat weight. All orders are shipped from our South Carolina location only.
Insurance. We do not offer shipping insurance on our CZ jewellery orders; however, we guarantee that your item will arrive safely. If for some reason the order is damaged, we will gladly replace it. Damaged merchandise must be returned to us within 14 business days. If an order is lost (United States Packages Only), we will gladly replace it - confirmation that the order was never received will be confirmed only after 30 business days. Guarantee: We guarantee that our CZ in .925 sterling silver merchandise is free of manufacturing defects. Please do not hesitate to contact us about any problem you may have with our products.
